I graduated from The University of Alabama with my Masters in Social Work. I am committed to helping those who are navigating hardships. My goal is to provide you and your family with practical tools and resources to aid in positive growth and healing. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and their families who have a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, anger, behavior problems, adjustments, and PTSD. I use a practical approach with my clients, working with their strengths to set and reach goals. I have experience using Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art and Play Therapy Techniques. I am also BrainCore Neurofeedback Certified.
